The BYOB Breakfast is an opportunity for budding and seasoned entrepreneurs to gather over breakfast and share their favorite tips for success when starting or growing a business. Unlike many business networking events the BYOB is a family friendly gathering where all are welcome to attend and participate. Each event also includes a VIP shopping experience with local vendors and lots of free gifts from our presenters and sponsors.
Proceeds from the BYOB Breakfasts are used to support the free and low-cost workshops hosted by Empower Girls Incorporated for young women across Northeastern Maryland.
Every so often, I like to make a vision board to serve as a physical representation of the goals I have set for the coming season and those to follow. Our goals and the things we hope to achieve will continue to grow and change as we continue to level up, so having some time to enjoy friends while re-focusing our intentions to match the outcomes we'd like to bring to fruition in our lives is not only rewarding, but a necessary part of the journey.
I am currently seeking co-hosts for upcoming vision board parties, as well as new cities to visit. If you'd like to be a co-host for an upcoming #Goalfriends event, please feel free to reach out to me via email. I'd LOVE to hear from you how we can take your city by storm!
Growing your brand can be a challenge, especially with so many new things to master like email marketing, social media re-targeting, paid ads, search engine optimization just to name a few. Each Lunch & Learn event I host features a laser-focus training session on one or two major topics and a very small class size to allow for maximum results.
Attendees are able to enjoy a great lunch in the presence of other entrepreneurs while learning the technical skills and sales tactics needed to take their companies to the next level.
Every year Empower Girls Incorporated hosts an exclusive event for the families of the NFL players receiving the Ed Block Courage Award. The Courage Award is a 40 year old tradition in which a special honor is given to one player from every team for his outstanding work in the community while overcoming hardship. Every year in March, we gather to welcome the players and their families to Baltimore as well as to honor women from in and around the city who are making major contributions to improve our communities. This year, in addition to our yearly luncheon, we’ll be hosting the first ever Women of Courage Summit featuring workshops and presentations from some of the most fierce ladies on the east coast.
